Learn how to make some lovely festive decorations in this workshop suitable for beginners. You can make as many of each as time allows.
Choose from cute angels, star wands, or one-stick reindeer – a truly ancient method of bending and wrapping a withy to represent an animal; ours will include small rose prunings for antlers!
Natural materials and ribbon provided. Optional seed lights (battery powered) available to buy for decorating star wands.

Name: Hazel Godfrey
Bio:
Hazel is a contemporary basket-maker and willow artist, her inspiration comes from nature and the human condition. Graduating in 2004 with a degree in Applied Arts 3D Media she began working professionally in 2008.
Hazel works with willow and various other natural materials. She has made commissioned works for a variety of settings including community outdoor spaces, public buildings, TV, and private clients.
She has also exhibited work on a Gold Award winning stand at Chelsea Flower Show. For over 16 years, Hazel has taught in Herts and Bucks, as well as from her studio near Hitchin.
