Overlocker (Serger) ABCs

Fun times for sewists and their sewing machine at any level. Complete beginners or long time stitchers … everyone is welcome to spend a Saturday morning with us, sewing and eating cake.
We will be offering a number of Pick and Mix workshops over the Summer.
Learn to Love your Overlocker ❤
In this workshop you’ll get lots of practice and gain confidence with threading and stitching. Learn when to use 3 threads or 4; work on woven and stretch fabrics.

Customer Information: Bring along your overlocker and instruction manual and power cord and foot pedal.

I’ve been a keen crafter from as long as I can remember but I’ve always enjoyed trying something new and a bit different. Appliqué is a great way to use up scraps and have fun with fabric.

I’m a passionate sewist with a background in garment technology in the fashion industry. I enjoy exploring and teaching processes and techniques and giving students confidence to achieve a professional finish.
