KEYNES and his ECONOMICS
Wed 23 Apr 2025, 1:00 pm - Wed 21 May 2025, 3:00 pm

Keynes is considered one of the most influential economists of the 20th century, and his ideas have had a significant impact on modern economic policy.
During this five-week course, we will look at his extraordinary contribution to government policy over the decades, and at the rise and fall of the popularity of his ideas and theories, as well as at the reasoning behind his critics.
Keynes came to prominence in the Great Depression, and then again after the 2008 financial crisis and again during the Covid pandemic.
Keynes led a fascinating personal as well as professional life and we will study a blend of both.
