Accessibility
Our facilities are largely accessible to those with reduced mobility, including wheelchair users. However, access to the Williams and Weston rooms on the first floor is only possible via a single staircase. Unfortunately installing a stair lift is not a feasible option due to the layout of the building.
We have 2 wheelchair accessible toilets.
We have 3 parking spaces reserved for Blue Badge holders. Please contact the Settlement Office in advance if you need a space so one can be reserved for you.
Car Parking
We have some limited car parking spaces to the side and rear of our buildings, but we cannot guarantee parking for everyone at busy times. We try to ensure that learners who have to bring heavy equipment to their classes can park in one of these spaces. Please respect the spaces reserved for Blue Badge holders, staff and tutors.
There are a number of public car parks within walking distance of the Settlement. The nearest are the ones at the Open Air Swimming Pool on Norton Way North and the Bowling and Tennis Courts on Icknield Way, both within 5 minutes walk.
We are also within walking distance of the railway station.
Room details and hire charges
Our hire charges are per 3 hour session, or part thereof, in the morning, afternoon or evening, including weekends. Extended hours and any additional arrangements are subject to an additional charge. Concessionary rates are available for our partners.

The Garden Room has an Interactive Smart Board with Video conference equipment. large monitor screens are located in the Brunt, Weston and Williams rooms. Kincaid Hall has a large monitor screen and projector screen a high quality sound system.
On the ground floor in the Kittles Inn main building we also have a Common Room with comfort chairs for socialising and a kitchen with self-service refreshments. The Spinks and Cruse Rooms in the art and craft block also have hot water urns for refreshments.
