Janet Capstick lives in Letchworth and runs her own upholstery business (Highcroft Interiors Ltd) which she set up at the end of 2018. She started her upholstery journey at the Settlement in 2013, attending leisure classes and worked on a range of projects for her own home.
After 5 years Janet decided to take the plunge and set up her own business and undertook a 3-year AMUSF accredited professional upholstery skills training programme. Janet is experienced in both modern and traditional upholstery techniques, and also chair caning and rush weaving.
